Through the "eighth five"
technology reformation, Hongda Company (Beijing Automobile
Radiator Factory) has introduced the hi-frequency aluminum
Welded Tube Mill and other pivotal process equipment from
America, Britain and Japan successively, newly constructed
the production line of automobile air conditioners and aluminum
radiators, reconstructed the working shops of industrial mould
, pressing working shop, tube and fin working shop, assembly
and welding working shop and surface processing working shop,
and also established modern experiment center of computation,
physics, chemistry and products testing. At present, we have
formed an integrated production capability of 150,000 (suites)
automobile air conditioners, 150,000 (suites) automobile aluminum
radiators, 300,000 (suites) automobile copper radiators, 150,000
automobile air heaters, 150,000 (suites) automobile fuel tanks
and 100,000 (suites) automobile body pressing parts. |
